An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic Warranty/Rental Fleet  Administrator to join the team of our West Australian Branch located in Kenwick WA.


Clark Equipment Sales Pty Ltd are the national distributors of Bobcat & Develon Construction Equipment with over 17 branches across the continent. Clark Equipment are also the manufactures and distributors of the Omega and Clark Range of Material Handling Equipment. Omega is an iconic Australian owned and manufactured brand of heavy forklifts and large container handlers.

Position Overview

This role focuses on accurately compiling, reviewing, submitting of warranty claims and repair management of the rental equipment fleet.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities?

- Process all warranty claims within the allowed time frame.
- Resolve all claim corrections and charge-backs.
- Maintain required logs.
- Establish and maintain relationships with the manufacturer's designated warranty representatives
- Review every warranty repair order for proper completion, accuracy and legibility according to the policies and procedures
- Analyse problems, identify trends and develop strategies for efficient warranty management.
- Manage rental off-hires and on-hires.
- Ensure machines are serviced and repaired as required.
- General Service Administration duties.

The person we are looking for must have demonstrated:

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to details.
- Positive team member with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Effective time management skills.
- Basic general understanding of construction equipment/machinery.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to comprehend and compile repair process related documents.
- Advanced computers skills especially in the MS Office Suite.
- Minimum two years of experience in a construction equipment, heavy machinery, truck or auto industry is essential.
